Sophorn Ouk, being the head instructor for our facility, has nearly two decades of experience in combat-sport and competitions, making him a high-level qualified instructor. Sophorn started his Jiu jitsu and Grappling career in 2006 with being an active competitor and medalist. He now returns home to the North Bay, being in the East Bay for the last decade, to continue his love for the sport. His vision is to spread the love of the sport, to everyone and anyone.

Jiu-Jitsu training (Wednesday and Saturday) will focus on the use of the Kimono (GI) and can be very technical. Please see the schedule below.
Age requirement for programs will be13 years and up. Program for 12 years and under is under construction, and not yet available. Programs stated above do NOT require Contracts. Members can cancel at anytime, but we do require one-month in advance notice to cancel. All programs have a Monthly membership fee, fees are as follows: $156 for ages 18 years and up, and $146 for ages between 13 years and 17 years. These memberships allows students to train whenever they want, and how often they want.
All programs will allow students to have the freedom to purchase and wear any brand of approved NoGi and Gi attire.
